How do we achieve Mental Health. The easiest way is finding freedom (Peace). To find freedom we must learn how to make better decisions. Let’s choose character of personality. The latter seems to always pull us in into our emotions. There are relationships we must stay out of because of personalities that create chemical or toxic reactions. Relationships that have us reacting through guilt.

Where is your mental Health? The one question we all have the answer to but are uncertain if how we think, act or behave is properly measure by the worlds standards or confined to act “Normal.” What is normal? Remaining in the box? We are afraid to truly dive deep because we know our minds react to what is in our hearts and that is a well no one wants to drink from.
